1. Introduction

Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• 4Self-Exclusion Status — You must not register or use 0k99 if you are currently self-excluded from gambling services, whether through 0k99 or any other platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.

0k99 reserves the right to close any account and void any pending bets or withdrawals where it determines, in its sole discretion, that an eligibility requirement has not been satisfied. Any funds held in an ineligible account may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

6. Prohibited Conduct
